GOLFAFFILIATENETWORK

One click. Endless Tee Journeys.

The golf travel platform that pays its partners

Golf Affiliate Network gives golf websites, clubs, influencers, social channels and online golf communities their own interactive golf travel platform, connected to tour operators, hotels and transport providers.

Every partner gets comprehensive golf course listings, golf holiday packages, self-build trips, hotel bookings and transport in one planner. When a golfer enquires or books, the supplier pays us commission and we share it with the partner. No cost, no effort, just new revenue.

Our partners in the UK and the USA reach around 64,000 golfers today, with partners reaching a further 310,000 in discussion. We're aiming for 1 million golfers by spring 2027 and 5 million by 2029.

How it works

A golfer visits one of our partners' websites and opens the trip planner. They can browse courses, look at package holidays from tour operators, build their own itinerary and see everything on a map.

When they're ready, they submit their enquiry. It comes to us automatically, tracked to the partner by the planner's unique reference ID. For the golfer, that's all there is to it. Behind the scenes, we manage every enquiry and lead, passing each one to the right suppliers: tour operators, golf clubs, hotels and transport providers. If the golfer has any specific requirements, they can take them up with the tour operator directly.

Suppliers pay commission to Golf Affiliate Network. We then pay a share to the partner and, where there is one, the agent who introduced them.

Tee Journeys and white-label planners

Golfers see our planner as Tee Journeys, at teejourneys.com. It's organised by region, so there's Tee Journeys Angus, Tee Journeys Scotland and Tee Journeys UK & Ireland, each with a course list, package holidays, a build-your-own itinerary and a map.

Partners can link to Tee Journeys on an address of their own, such as vis.teejourneys.com. Or, if you'd rather it looked like part of your own site, we can set it up as a white-label planner with your name, logo and colours. Either way we build, host and maintain it, and the commission share is the same.

See our UK & Ireland planner at teejourneys.com.

Becoming a partner

If you run a golf website, a YouTube or Instagram channel, a Facebook group, a newsletter or a golf club, a planner gives your audience something useful and earns you money when they book.

  • We build and look after the planner for you
  • You earn a share of the commission on every lead and booking
  • There's no stock, no customer service and no payments to handle
  • You're free to keep working with anyone else
  • You can add a list of club open competitions, so your audience finds opens to enter and you earn when they book a hotel or transport for them

Sign up as a partner

Suppliers

We work with three kinds of supplier: tour operators who sell golf holidays, transport companies who get golfers between the airport, hotels and courses, and hotels and resorts near the courses. Joining is free and you only pay commission on the business we send you.

Tour operators

We only list ABTA members, and ATOL-protected operators for any package that includes flights. Your packages are shown across the whole network at no cost, and the enquiries you receive come from golfers who have already chosen a region and the courses they want to play.

You remain the golfer's contact and take payment directly. We never hold customers' money and we're not a tour operator ourselves. You pay commission only on results, there are no listing fees, and we're happy to discuss terms.

Transport

Golfers planning a trip need to get from the airport to their hotel and from course to course. Coach and minibus firms, airport transfer and chauffeur companies, and car hire providers can join the network so golfers can add transport to the same trip.

  • Your services offered to golfers at the point they plan their trip
  • Enquiries and bookings tracked to each partner by a unique reference ID
  • Commission only on the business we send you

Offer your transport services

Hotels and accommodation

Hotels, golf resorts, guest houses and self-catering properties near the courses can be listed in our planners, so golfers can choose where to stay as they build their trip.

  • Your property shown alongside the courses golfers are booking
  • Listed by region, next to the nearby courses
  • No listing fees, with commission only on bookings

List your hotel

For golf clubs

Golf clubs gain twice from the network. Your course is listed on the regional Tee Journeys planners that visiting golfers use to plan whole trips, at no cost. And you can add a planner to your own website, so visitors who find you can book the rest of their trip and the club earns a partner share.

  • More visiting golfers and green fee income
  • Free promotion alongside the best-known courses in your region
  • A share of the commission when your visitors book hotels, transport or packages
  • Your open competitions shown on partner planners, where golfers can sign up to hear about new ones

An example of what a partner could earn

Here's how one booking from your audience might work out.

The tripA group of 8 golfers books a 4-night golf break at £1,000 each
Booking value£8,000, paid to the tour operator
Commission to us£800, at a 10% commission rate
Your share£160, at 20% of what we receive

Twenty bookings like this in a year would earn you £3,200, on top of your share of hotel, transport and round bookings.

This is an illustration only. Commission rates vary by supplier and are agreed with each partner.

Become an agent

Our agents introduce new partners to the network. If you know golf website owners, club secretaries, tourism sites or golf creators, you can bring them on board and earn from the business their planners generate.

  • A share of the commission on every booking from the partners you introduce
  • Paid on each partner's bookings for their first 12 months
  • Ready-made proposals, a live demo and our support to help you sign each partner
  • Work your own area, in the UK, Europe or the USA, at your own pace

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There are no fees for partners, agents or tour operators. We're paid commission by the tour operator when a golfer enquires or books, and we share it with our partners.

Who takes the booking and the payment?

The tour operator. They quote, take payment and look after the golfer before and during the trip. We never hold any customer money.

Are the holidays protected?

Yes. We only list ABTA members, and any package that includes flights must be ATOL-protected.

Can I still work with other companies?

Yes. Partnerships are non-exclusive for partners and tour operators alike.

What's the difference between Tee Journeys and a white-label planner?

Tee Journeys is our own brand for golfers. A white-label planner carries your name, logo and colours instead. Both work the same way and earn the same commission share.

How do we sign up?

Fill in the contact form and we'll send you a short proposal and a partner agreement, which you can sign online from anywhere in the world.

Do I need any technical skills to become a partner?

No. We build, host and maintain your planner. All you do is add a link or button to your site, channel or group.

How will I know how many enquiries and bookings came from my planner?

Every enquiry from your planner is tagged to you. Each month we'll send you a statement showing your enquiries, bookings and what you've earned, and pay you one month in arrears.

What happens if a golfer cancels?

If a supplier reverses its commission after a cancellation, the share already paid is deducted from your next payment. If the trip goes ahead, you keep your share.

What happens to golfers' personal details?

Golfers' details go to the tour operator or supplier handling their trip, so they can quote and book. We don't sell golfers' data, and partners don't need to handle any personal information.

Can a golf club be listed and be a partner too?

Yes. Your course can appear on the regional Tee Journeys planners, and you can also host a planner on your own site and earn a partner share.

We're a tour operator. Do we have to change how we work?

No. Enquiries reach you by email with the trip details already filled in. You quote, book and take payment in the usual way, and pay commission only on business we send you.

Terms of use

These terms apply to golfaffiliatenetwork.com and to the Tee Journeys trip planners we provide. By using them you agree to these terms.

What we do

Golf Affiliate Network is an affiliate network, not a tour operator. Our planners help golfers put together a trip and send an enquiry. Holidays, hotels, transport and rounds are sold and provided by the supplier who quotes, under that supplier's own terms. We never take payment from golfers.

Prices and information

Prices, tee times, availability and course details shown in our planners are a guide and can change. The supplier confirms the final price and arrangements. We work to keep course listings accurate but can't guarantee they are complete or up to date.

Partners, agents and suppliers

Commission, revenue shares and other commercial terms are set out in each written agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer of terms on its own.

Our intellectual property

This website, the Tee Journeys planners and their software, design, text, images, maps and course listings are owned by Golf Affiliate Network or used with permission. Golf Affiliate Network and Tee Journeys names and logos are our brands. You may view and use them for your own trip planning or to consider working with us.
